Each of our activities must benefit and add value to the common wealth of our society.

WE friendly believe that  in the financial analysis we are accountable to each of the constituents with whom we interact, namely: our employees, our customers, our business associates, our fellow citizens and our  stakeholders and shareholders, Basically, the mission describes the overall purpose of the company/organization. If the company elects to develop a vision before developing the mission statement, ask, why does the image, the vision exists -what is its purpose? This purpose is often the same as the mission.

Developing a mission statement can be quick culture specific i.e participants may use methods ranging from highly analytical and rational to highly creative and divergent, e.g: focused discussions, divergent experiences around day dreams, sharing stories, etc. When wording the mission, consider the company’s products, services, markets, values and concerns for public image and may be priorities of activities for survival for survival. We would like to enhance our capability in a competitive and globalizing environment delivering superior and sustainable value within next 5 years.

Vision

We are passionately creating sustainable economic value for our country and stake holders by contributing to the industrial development of the the nation and fundamental requirements of our consumers.

The vision includes vivid description of the company as it effectively carries out its operations.  Developing a vision statement can be quick culture specific, i.e participants may use methods ranging from highly and analytical and rational to highly creative and divergent, e.g, focused discussions, divergent experiences around day dreams, sharing stories, ete.

Therefore, visit with the participants how they might like to arrive at description of TakeMe Group’s Vision. Developing the vision can be the most enjoyable part of planning but the past where time easily gets away from you.

Note that originally, the vision was a compelling description of the state and function of the company once it had implemented the strategic plan i,e a very attractive image towards which the company was attracted and guided by the strategic plan. The vision has become more of a motivational tool, too often including highly idealistic phrasing and activities which the company cannot realistically aspire. If there is one characteristic that has typified the TakeMe Group’s approach, it is the vision to be the best of our nature and human resources; a vision to establish our company and country as a respected and valued regional presence.
